John P. Wilson
Customer's Letters.

From the Conklins------: We’re very picky. So we checked out John Wilson’s work before we hired him. In the beginning, we were impressed with the way his eyes lit up when he talked about his craft. In the end, we were delighted to find that he is far pickier than we would ever be. The bathroom John tiled for us is so impressive that a visitor to our house wanted her picture taken in it. She chose not to sit on the throne, but stood fully clothed in our gleaming shower as we snapped her photo.

Because we now knew John’s work ethic, it was with complete confidence that we had do another job for us. We had him build a studio in our basement where we could pursue our hobbies. As with any big project, there were problems to deal with, but there was never a problem that John didn't easily solve. His experience and expertise is not limited to tiling, his specialty, but extends to every aspect of building a room from start to finish.

Among other things, we wanted a built-in paint rack, a stained-glass picture installed, and special shelving for canvases. John took our ideas and improved upon them. The finished room is everything we hoped it would be. The custom work makes all the difference.

John Wilson doesn't just do a job, he's a craftsman. His prices are affordable, his work is outstanding, he’s honest, and multi talented. Our advice to others is to look for these characteristics when choosing someone to work in their home. We're pleased that we chose John Wilson

To Whom It May Concern:
I recently had two bathrooms remodeled by John Wilson. I could not be more pleased with the results. John is a master craftsman and his perfectionism is reflected in his work. The tile work is beautiful, the job was completed on schedule with minimal disruption, and I feel that I got great value for my money. John's brother built a cabinet that is outstanding in every detail.

There are always surprises in remodeling projects, but they were handled in a professional manner with our financial situation and expectations in mind. I would not hesitate to recommend John Wilson for anyone's bathroom remodeling project.

Sincerely,
Dr. R.D. Chaney

To Whom It May Concern:
We recently had John resurface an old red brick fireplace with blue pearl granite squares. (This fireplace was from floor to ceiling with a seated hearth.) John did a fabulous job! We are extremely happy with the final project. He first applied a mud skim coat to the old red brick fireplace to make the surface smooth and level. He then applied the granite squares. John is a perfectionist when it comes to plum lines. The lines on all the squares are absolutely perfect. We are so impressed with his work, that we are having him also do a bathroom floor and an entry way floor. We highly recommend John Again, we are extremely happy and pleased with our new granite fireplace. Thank you John.

Dear John:
Just a quick note to let you know how very pleased we are with the completion of our shower stall. Although I have seen many shower stalls installed and quite a bit of tile work in general. I must admit, that your "mud set" procedure is most impressive. I might also add the since we are the type of folks who go out of our way to search for "quality work", your workmanship and attention to detail is greatly appreciated. Thanks again John!

To Whom It May Concern:
This letter is regarding the quality of workmanship of John Wilson. Approximately 16 years ago I had John Wilson rebuild a tile shower in the master bath in our home. We are very pleased with his workmanship and would recommend his work to others. We have had no problem with tile coming up, or grout cracking. He cleaned up after the job and came back to make sure we were satisfied. Sincerely

Joe F. Peters, Stayton, OR.

To Whom It May Concern:
I am a General Contractor. I design and build houses. Since 1990 John Wilson has been my first choice for a tile setter. I find the depth of knowledge of the trade and his ability to find solutions to the various design problems I present to him to be a real asset to me. John has a great ability to "soothe the fears" of my customers when undertaking a difficult project. Upon completion of a house my clients invariably complement his work. Sincerely

Ken Kongslie, Salem, OR.

We recently had John Wilson install a tile kitchen countertop and bathroom vanity countertop for us this summer. They are both beautiful and functional and we expect them to last as long as we live here(in this world anyway!).If you are planning on remodeling or just new construction we can highly recommend John's work.
